I'm writing this review and 5 stars isn't enough to rate working with Greg. I cannot speak any more highly of him than I'm about to in this review. Greg helped me search for the right condo for about 5 months and I'm now a happy home owner thanks to him.
We viewed countless spots and Greg always made things work around my schedule. At the viewings, one of the things I really appreciated were the questions he would ask the selling agents. He was always observant of any little things that looked off or looked like it was worth asking about. High attention to detail. If a place interested me, he was always immediately on top of grabbing the strata docs and moving quickly incase that one was the one for me.
He's also a man of high integrity and gave me the honest truth about places we viewed. He always told me that he was looking at places I was interested in as though he was looking to buy/invest in and that is what I saw. There were times when I had some interest and he found and pointed out some serious flaws to the property and within the Strata docs. Saved me from buying a nightmare property for sure.
Also, he's just a nice guy. I got to know him over our 5 months of searching and he was fun to chat with while we were going between viewings. I must have asked him dozens of questions related to real estate, home ownership, etc. I actually learned quite a lot from him during that period which I really appreciated as well.
When it came time to close on my condo, he made the whole process so much easier with lining up things for me and giving me a few different recommendations for inspections and notaries. It really helped alleviate some of the stress.
If you want someone you can trust and rely on to help you search for your next home, Gregs your guy. I've already recommended him to friends of mine and if I ever need to buy or sell again in the future, I'll be contacting him again. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything Greg.

Summer 2025 we met Greg at an open house and liked his vibe, so we invited him to help us sell our two condos and buy our new home. We kept Greg very busy viewing potential condos, while showing our places through open houses and private veiwings. We got advice on staging our places and great photos to show our places at there best. In a very slow market, he was a wizard at advising us on offers and counters. Never once did he pressure us -- the opposite, in fact, encouraging us to slow down, take some time, let a deal expire, if he sensed any uncertainty on our part. He went above and beyond any realtor we've ever used in the past. Always a quick text or call back, super friendly. A joy to work with during what can be a stressful adventure (×3 in our case).
